Can the ignition coil be replaced individually?

The ignition coil can be replaced separately. When a certain ignition coil malfunctions, simply replace the damaged ignition coil. Generally speaking, the lifespan of ignition coils in cars is about 100, 000 kilometers. The power of a car engine comes from the combustion of the mixed gases in the cylinder, and the energy required to ignite these gases is transmitted through the ignition coil. There are two ways to set the ignition coil: one is to place the ignition coil at a certain location in the engine compartment, where the high voltage is distributed through the electrical appliances, and then transmitted to the spark plug through the cylinder wire; another method is to place the ignition coil on the top of the spark plug and connect it directly to the spark plug.

When the engine is running, the current on the ignition coil is high, and the temperature generated during engine operation is high as well. Prolonged operation may cause the ignition coil to age. Therefore, the 100, 000 kilometers mentioned is not a fixed replacement cycle, as long as it is used and maintained normally, the ignition coil may not need to be replaced. However, if the ignition coil malfunctions, it can cause the car to shake idly and accelerate too slowly during driving. When the rotational speed reaches a certain value, the shaking of the car may disappear. Therefore, once a fault is found in the ignition coil, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
