Maintenance tips for diesel injection pump
(1) The fuel injection pump is the "heart" of a diesel engine, so it must be maintained correctly and regularly.
(2) When installing fuel injection pumps on diesel engines, it is necessary to check the fuel injection advance angle; after 500 hours, it is necessary to recheck and adjust the fuel injection advance angle of the diesel engine.
(3) Diesel that meets relative national standards must be used, and diesel must undergo sedimentation and filtration for 48-96 hours.
(4) Clean the diesel tank and diesel filter regularly.
(5) Check the oil in the governor daily and refuel it timely if it is insufficient.
(6) If there is a skeleton oil seal used between the fuel injection pump and the governor, oil should be added respectively.
(7) If the oil level rises due to oil dilution, it indicates severe oil leakage from the fuel injection pump and fuel transfer pump, which needs to be solved immediately.
(8) After every 100 working hours, the oil should be replaced and the filter net of the fuel transfer pump should be cleaned.
(9) The fuel injection pump should not be dismantled or adjusted frequently, especially with parts with sealed labels. If it is necessary to dismantle and repair it, it should be cleaned before proceeding.
(10) After every 2000 hours of operation, the fuel injection pump should be thoroughly disassembled for inspection to replace and repair the severely worn or damaged components, and it should be re debugged again.
If the diesel engine is not in use for a long time, fill the inside of the fuel injection pump with diesel. If the fuel injection pump needs to be removed, fill the inside of the pump with anti rust oil and then store it in a dry place without batteries, acids, alkalis, etc; if the fuel injection pump needs to be reassembled for use, the rust proof oil should be removed before use.
